Delivery Policy:

Just like the small imperfections on our produce, delivery dates are subject to change according to harvest and weather conditions.

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the courier will generally leave the package for you at the door.  We pay close attention to special instructions that you leave; you can specify special instructions for your delivery when you are in the order checkout area.

We deliver to the following zip codes: 29487, 29455, 29412, 29414, 29403, 29401, 29407

For special deliveries outside these zip codes and still in the Charleston area, give us a call at (843) 991-0750. We strive to go above and beyond to serve you!

Subscription Policy:

When you register for a delivery subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) Barrier Island Heirlooms (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a weekly basis for your box subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your delivery subscription continues.  Your delivery subscription continues until the end of the season (which depends on weather conditions and season) or until you cancel it.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your delivery subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on “Subscriptions,” and clicking “Cancel”.

Order Deadlines

We typically need 48 hours to properly deliver you the best produce. Deliveries typically occur on Wednesday-Friday.  Our order period for the week ends on Monday, so orders placed on Tuesday will be fulfilled the week after.  This allows to make sure we have enough produce for everyone.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us here and we will try to make it right with you.
